LOT 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK D OF BAY SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND A STRIP OF LAND LYING EASTERLY OF THE EASTERLY PARCEL LINES OF LOTS 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK D, BAY SHORES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND WESTERLY OF THE WESTERLY SHORELINE OF AN EXISTING CANAL, LAKE AREA LYING IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND WITHIN THE EASTERLY EXTENSIONS OF THE NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY LOT LINES OF SAID LOTS 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK D.
