has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NATALIA OUELLETTE, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Law Office Grant D. Whitworth 14502 N Dale Mabry Hwy, #200, Tampa, Fl., 33618, on or before DECEMBER 16, 2016 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
