NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007365 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and BENISIA BARNES; JOSEPH BARNES; CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA; are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 2nd day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK E, OF BRADENTON EAST, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
