NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41 2016CA001602AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and DIANA L. GERARDI; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; SABAL HARBOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8TH day of DECEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 13, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE 1B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 170 THROUGH 175, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
