NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-01683-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2016-1, is the Plaintiff and , are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 1 day of December, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2106, EAGLE COVE III AT STERLING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR EAGLE COVE III AT STERLING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3425, PAGE 1535, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
