NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 11 -2016-CA-000343-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1, Plaintiff, and CHERYL KUZMAN; DIAMOND LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100353006091400158); UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CAROLE NIX, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 1 day of December, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1008 OF DIAMOND LAKE CONDOMINIUM VI, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD. BOOK 2540, PAGE 2391, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
