Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
2002 Lexus SC430 Base, Convertible, VIN: JTHFN48Y 420035297
at the public sale auction to be conducted at the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on December 1, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the sale, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
