NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 31, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000969-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST,
is Plaintiff, and DANIEL P. JORDAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Block 25, Lely Golf Estates, Forest Hills Section, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 84, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
