NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2016, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000328-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A5 is the Plaintiff and GASSON KASSIRA A/K/A GASSAN KASSIRA, TRUSTEE OF THE GASSAN KASSIRA REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED APRIL 25, 2006; FIRAS KASSIRA; CHERYL B. WAGNER-KASSIRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GASSON KASSIRA A/K/A GASSAN KASSIRA, TRUSTEE OF THE GASSAN KASSIRA REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED APRIL 25, 2006 N/K/A ANNE KASSIRA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GASSAN KASSIRA REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED APRIL 25, 2006; SILVERSTONE AT THE QUARRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE QUARRY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; GASSON KASSIRA A/K/A GASSAN KASSIRA, et. al. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on December 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 16-101, OF SILVERSTONE AT THE QUARRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3952, PAGE(S) 4060 THROUGH 4190, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATIONS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIBED AS AN APPURTENANCE IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
