NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000431 in the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC, Plaintiff, and, LOUIS MENDEZ ALA LOUIS R. MENDEZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 18th day of January, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 133, LEGACY PARK - PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
