NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated July 8, 2016 and was recorded July 12, 2016 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 5288734 of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB Manager's Office, 9301 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples, FL 34108 on the 29th day of December, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
