Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-1982 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of November, 2016 beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 15, Unit 6, Section 23, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page(s) 61 and 62 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis penden, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
