NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-001038 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE5, Plaintiff and Linda Sharon Dudli are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 104, EGRET CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED OCT. 12, 1987, IN OR BOOK 1551, PAGES 1528 - 1582 AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OR BOOK 1559, PAGES 1021 - 1023, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING, ALL ACCORDING TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
