Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 3, 2016 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee Cowity, Florida, described as:
LOT 120, PARKWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on January 4, 2017 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
