NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002208 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and Rebecca R. Van Buskirk; John L. Van Buskirk; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; Clerk of The Circuit Court In and For Lee County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Josh Anderson, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose. com at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of November, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 5351, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 128 THROUGH 147, INCLUSIVE.
