NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-051220 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and BRADLEY V. TOSTON; COMERICA BANK; BERMUDA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DIAMOND RIDGE MASTER PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A BARRY STRAND, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 3 day of March, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 202, BULDING 7, PHASE 7, BERMUDA RIDGE, A CONDOMNIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2921, PAGES 3739-3815 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
