NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-051184 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as successor-in-interest to all permitted successors and assigns of JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2003-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-5, is the Plaintiff and Dr. Klaus Uwe Kattkus P.A. as Trustee of that certain Trust Agreement Known as Rundos Equity Trust dated April 1st, 2013; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Alfred Perez; Jane B. Bancroft; Robert M. Bancroft; The Unknown Beneficiaries of Rundos Equity Trust dated April 1st, 2013; Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Barbara Bancroftany and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest in spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 22, BLOCK 22, UNIT 9, SECTION 32 TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
