Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 12, Moody River Estates, Unit Two, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 83, Pages 14 through 16, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 9, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
