NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated the 4 day of November, 2016 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001850 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL EIGHT, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RENEE TURCHIANO and THOMAS J. MILANI are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 5 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK 4292, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 61, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 15, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
