NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050309 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust A, is the Plaintiff and Angela Denise Altizer, as natural guardian and mother of Andrew Scott Anderson, a minor, as heir of the Estate of Christopher C. Anderson a/k/a Christopher Charles Anderson a/k/a Christopher Charles Ernest Anderson, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants by, Through, Under or Against, Christopher C. Anderson a/k/a Christopher Charles Anderson a/k/a Christopher Charles Ernest Anderson, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Bank of America, N.A.; FIA Card Services, N.A.; Tenant #1 n/k/a Angela D. Altizer, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose. com at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
