NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated August 23, 2016 and was recorded September 2, 2016 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2016000168460 of Lee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SAND CASTLE BEACH CLUB Manager's Office, 905 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 29th day of December, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
