ANDREW SANDERS, ESQ. has been appointed as Tennessee Conservator of the Property of the Ward and TARNA MILLER has been appointed Conservator of the Person of the Ward by a Court of competent jurisdiction, in Shelby County, Tennessee Probate Court, Court File No. PR-6421-II, The Conservator of the Property's address is 1255 LYNNDIELD ROAD, SUITE 117, MEMPHIS, TN 38819; the Conservator of the Person's address is TARNA MILLER, 3131 GLEN ECHO DRIVE, MEMPHIS, TN 38115; and the name and address of the Conservators' attorney is BETH BRADLER, Esq., 130 NORTH COURT AVENUE, MEMPHIS, TN 38103.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Petition for Discharge and a Final Accounting have been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. The Co-Guardians shall apply for discharge before THE HONORABLE CHARLES E. WILLIAMS, a Judge of the above Court, at LYNN SILVERTOOTH JUDICIAL CENTER, 2002 RINGLING BLVD., COURTROOM 8B, in SARASOTA, FLORIDA, on DECEMBER 8, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Tennessee.
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall file such objections with this Court and with the Tennessee Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing shall be served or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED
