NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 001273 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and GARY R. DUBIN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of December, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot R-14, FOUNDERS CLUB, A SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page(s) 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
