NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 08, 2016, and entered in 2016 CA 000399 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARGARET R. BIRD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET R. BIRD; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COLONY GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, OF COLONY GROVES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 27 AND 27A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
