NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-020805 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9, Plaintiff and Gary T. Brundage are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, TIFFANIE HEIGHTS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
