NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2015-CA-001999-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust Company not in it's Individual Capacity but Soley as Successor Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Mastr Alternative Loan Trust 2005-4, Plaintiff and JOSEPH MCCLINTOCK are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2588, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT TWENTY TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 19 AND 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
