BOOK 1159, PAGES 1382 THROUGH 1478 INCLUSIVE, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1160, PAGES 296 THROUGH 392 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM AMENDING AND ADDING PHASE II AND CORRECTING PHASE I, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1325, PAGES 331 THROUGH 347 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
