NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002580-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER R. ROOT; VALARIE J. ROOT AKA VALERIE J. ROOT; WEKIVA GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC., DBA LENDING TREE LOANS; AFFILIATED FINANCIAL CORPORATION; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE; CAPITAL ONE BANK; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 139, WEKIVA GLEN REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 85 THROUGH 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
