NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-000810-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2006RS5 is the Plaintiff and Luis M. Paganessi; Unknown Spouse of Luis M. Paganessi; Econ River Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, ECON RIVER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 104,105 AND 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
