NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2016 entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001096-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Patrick Alexander; Loretta Alexander A/K/A Loretta R. Alexander; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association; The Independent Savings Plan Company D/B/A Ispc; Cach, LLC are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK E, ORANGE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK L, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
