NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 08002439CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Inc., Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-AR1 is the Plaintiff and James Fischer; Unknown Spouse of James Fischer N/K/A Debra Fischer are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the November 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF BLOCK 75 OF THE ORIGINAL SURVEY OF CLEVELAND ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS LOTS 1 TO 19, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 75 OF JOHN T.G. CRAWFORD'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 73, 75 AND 76, TOGETHER WITH THE VACATED UNNAMED STREET IN SAID BLOCK 75 OF JOHN T.G. CRAWFORD'S SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PG 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
