NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/9/16, entered in Case No. 15002795CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Ruth M Ramsey a/k/a Ruth Ramsey, Deceased; United States Of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Carole Ann Ramsey-Creighton a/k/a Carole Ramsey Creighton a/k/a Carole R. Creighton f/k/a Carole Ann Ramsey f/k/a Carole A. Ramsey, as an Heir of the Estate of Ruth M. Ramsey a/k/a Ruth Ramsey, Deceased; Robert Kenneth Ramsey a/k/a Robert K. Ramsey, as an Heir of the Estate of Ruth M. Ramsey a/k/a Ruth Ramsey, Deceased are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the December 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4853, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION EIGHTY-EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 53A AND 53B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
