Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Judgment for Plaintiff, entered in the above-styled cause on November 7, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:

Apartment No. A-202, RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT #3, a Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 791, Pages 629 through 665, as amended, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The street address of which is 401 Charlemagne Blvd., #202, Naples, Florida 34112.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set for the hereinafter, on December 8, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
