NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 20, 2016, , and entered in Case No. 1301485CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for SASCO Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WF2 , is the Plaintiff and Ahmad Mirziai, Donna Kenyon-Mirziai Aka Donna Lee Kenyon-Mirziai, Florida Community Bank, National Association Successor in Interest to Florida Community Bank, Lely Country Club Property Owners Association, Inc., ET AL are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
