NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2016, and entered in 11-2016-CA-000874-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PRISCILLA K MAIN A/K/A PRISCILLA KAREN MAIN A/K/A PRISCILLA K MANN; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ; FORTIS CAPITAL LLC; FORD MOTOR CREDIT
COMPANY, LLC are the Defendant(s) . Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on December 8, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
