NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002297 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15 , is the Plaintiff and The Cove at Six Mile Cypress Condominium Association, Inc., Francisco Galan, Sandra Valencia, Unknown Party #1 nka Allyson Baird, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 1704, OF THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERKS FILE NO. 2005000044163, AS AMENDED FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERKS FILE NO 2005000158980, SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERKS FILE NO 2006000057403, AND THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERKS FILE NO 2006000123915, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APUURTENANT THERETO
