NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050466 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Amanda Vandertuig a/k/a Amanda McMillin VanderTuig as Successor Trustee of the Kay Ann McMillin Revocable Living Trust, Dated January 15, 2004, completely amended and restated on November 30, 2006; Amanda Vandertuig a/k/a Amanda McMillin VanderTuig as Beneficiary of the Kay Ann McMillin Revocable Living Trust, dated January 15, 2004, completely amended and restated on November 30, 2006; Grande Isle Towers III & IV Condominium Association, Inc.; Prosperity Point Master Association, Inc. ; Punta Gorda Isles, Section 22 Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the December 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 107, PHASE I OF GRANDE ISLE TOWERS III & IV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4673, PAGES 4060-4144, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
