NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050292 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7 is the Plaintiff and Lawrence S. Beard A/K/A Larry Beard; Joyce V. Beard; Chase Bank USA, National Association, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the February 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, SABAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
