NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2016, and entered in 11-CA-050537 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A13, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-M UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and MONICA J. SNYDER ; RICHARD R. SNYDER are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
