NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002212-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Richard G. Heghinian A/K/A Richard Heghinian; The Unknown Spouse of Richard G. Heghinian A/K/A Richard Heghinian; Marguerite Heghinian; The Unknown Spouse of Marguerite Heghinian; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, As Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Grand Pines Village of Heritage Pines, Inc.; Heritage Pines Community Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, OF HERITAGE PINES VILLAGE 29, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
