NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 31, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-007089 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-AL1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AL1, is Plaintiff and ANTHONY CORCELLA, JR., ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
