Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8, OF D. L. THOMAS SUBDIVISION, LESS 12 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY 10 FEET DEEDED TO THE CITY OF TAMPA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2074, PAGE 802, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 2, 2016. THE PURCHASER AT THE FORECLOSURE SALE SHALL TAKE TITLE TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17419, PAGE 1114 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
