NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003574, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GLENDA D. BEDASIE A/K/A GLENDA DIANEME BEDASIE; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; VALHALLA OF BRANDON POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 38, VALHALLA PHASE 3-4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 69 THROUGH 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
