NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-007589 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for FFMLT Trust 2006-FF13 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF13 is the Plaintiff and Jo F. Kimball; The Unknown Spouse Of Jo F. Kimball ; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein name individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 THROUGH 11, BLOCK 2, THE RECORD GROVE, AND THE EAST 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING THEREOF ON LOT 11 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
