RAYMOND, JR, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 07th day of December, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, VALRICO GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
