Final Judgment was awarded on November 1, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-004024, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MFRA TRUST 2015-2 is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. JOHNSON A/K/A MIKE JOHNSON; TINA M. JOHNSON; CASSANDRA MARIE RAY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RIJO GROUP, LLC; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O TYRONNE ROGERS; PRIMUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES INC., A NEW YORK CORPORATION DBA MAZDA AMERICAN CREDIT; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LESS RIGHT OF WAY, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 20.0 FEET TO THE WEST 660.00 FEET OF THE SW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 1 TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 961.50 FEET THEREOF.OF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
