NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 16-003115-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and TRUST NUMBER 253116193000500300-7, C/O DAVID WESTWOOD, TRUSTEE, is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
