YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit D-1, DOVER-FOXCROFT, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 35, Pages 45 and 46 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4885, pages 1496 through 1582, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Frazier & Brown, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2111 W. Swann Ave, Suite 204, Tampa, FL 33606, on or before the 16th day of December, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
