NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-011212 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Bank Of America, N.A., Donna L. Mettling A/K/A Donna Lynn Grubbs, Kelly Mettling A/K/A Kelly T. Mettling A/K/A Kelly Thomas Mettling, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, CRYSTAL ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
