NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-005064-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and CAROLYN MILONE A/K/A CAROLYN S. MILONE; CAROLYN S. MILONE, AS TRUSTEE UNDER UNRECORDED TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED THE 7TH DAY OF APRIL, 2005, AND KNOWN AS THE CAROLYN S. MILONE TRUST; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; SHIPWATCH YACHT & TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHIPWATCH FIVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT N/K/A JAMES BARILE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13TH day of DECEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED UNIT NO. 5004, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENENT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SHIIPWATCH FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6032, PAGES 227 THROUGH 309, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 69 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
